The hotel is conveniently located off the highway with a quick drive to downtown. The rooms, although not ideal for business needs due to lack of USB ports and noise at night, were clean overall. The service, while friendly and helpful, fell short in addressing certain issues promptly. The dining experience was mixed, with some positive interactions with staff but room for improvement in food quality. The location had its ups and downs, providing easy access to entertainment venues but also disappointed by the closed amenities during the stay.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness and the waiting list policy was concerning, but the comfort of the rooms was a saving grace. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made up for the initial room disappointment.

However, the service was friendly and helpful, and the staff went out of their way to assist with various needs. The location was a letdown, cold and uninviting, especially for families. The dining options were overpriced and not up to expectations. Despite these issues, the facilities were decent, offering some basic amenities.
